What is a treat?

A ‘treat’ is a heavily discounted offer on products or services. Our daily treats are for Adventure & Experiences, Food & Beverages, Entertainment & Events, Fashion & Accessories, Health & Beauty, Travel & Hotels and so much more…

Is there a membership fee to join Treats4us?

No, Treats4us membership is absolutely free.

Is there a time limit to these amazing treats?

Yes! Daily treats are only available for a short period of time (normally 24 hours). So if you see a great treat, make sure you buy it straight away otherwise you will miss out.

How do I purchase a treat?

Simply click the ‘Buy Now’ button on the Treat4us website before the offer expires to purchase that treat.

If the number of buyers reaches the specified (minimum) number, you will get that treat and we will charge your credit card.  If the number of buyers doesn’t reach the specified number, the treat will be withdrawn and you will not be billed.

Consider sharing these treats with your family and friends so that they can enjoy the savings too – this also helps the minimum purchase number to be reached.

Is Treat4us website safe for financial transactions?

When purchasing from Treats4us, your financial details are processed by an industry leading internet payment gateway through a secure server using the latest 256 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. Treats4us does not store your credit card details.

I have bought a treat, when will I receive the coupon?

Your treat coupon will be sent to your email address the next day once the featured offer is completed. Make sure to check your junk folder if you can’t find the email in your inbox.  

How do I redeem my coupon?

Once you have received your coupon via email, please print it and present it to the respective merchant for receipt of the product or service it represents. Please read the instructions stated on the coupon to ensure that all terms and conditions are adhered to. In some situations, such as coupons for adventure & experiences, food & beverages, health & beauty and travel & hotels, we recommend booking ahead to ensure that the treat can be redeemed on a preferred day/date.

Can I buy a treat as a gift for my family and friends?

You certainly can. Make sure to select the ‘Buy as a Gift’ option when buying a treat for someone else. . Most of the businesses we work with are happy for our members to purchase a treat for themselves and for their family and friends. To ensure this is the case, we encourage you to read the ‘conditions’ section of the featured treat. Alternatively, you can purchase a gift certificate and let the recipient purchase the treat of their choice.

What is Treats4us Gift Certificate?

Treats4us gift certificates are perfect to suit the type of relationship you have with the recipient and the occasion the gift certificates are being bought for. To give you some ideas, Treats4us gift certificates can be bought for anniversaries, birthdays, Christmas, Easter, engagements, father's day, Halloween, mother's day, new baby arrivals, New Year's, weddings, to name a few.

With a single transaction, gift certificates can be purchased for any amounts between $50 to $1,000. These gift certificates can be sent to your family and friends already in your friends list on Treats4us or by entering recipients’ name and email address in the form provided. Upon joining Treats4us, the recipients can then redeem the gift certificates as credits to their Treat4us account. These credits can then be used to purchase treats of their choice.     

Can I transfer my coupon to someone else?

Unfortunately, this is not allowed. You can only redeem a coupon which has your name printed on it. When you redeem the coupon, the featured business will check your name off against the buyers list they receive from us. You can however purchase a treat as a gift for your family and friends. You can do this by choosing the ‘Buy as a Gift’ option. Alternatively, you can purchase a gift certificate and let the recipient purchase the treat of their choice.

Can I combine my coupon with other offers or specials?

Unfortunately not, unless specifically specified on the treat coupon you have purchased.

What if I don't use the full value of the coupon in one visit, can I use the remainder later?

No, unfortunately not. Unless otherwise stated on the coupon, you do not receive credit or cash back for whatever you don't use.

What should I do if I lose my coupon?

Each coupon has a specific serial number which ensures that your coupon cannot be redeemed more than once. Should you lose your coupon, you will need to contact Treats4us so that we can alert the merchant, void the serial number and reissue you with a replacement coupon.

Can I get a refund if I decide not to redeem my coupon?

Our treats are provided at heavily discounted prices as a result of bulk purchasing power. As this logic underpins all of our fantastic treats, all coupons are non-refundable.

Can I redeem my coupon for cash?

Unfortunately the conditions of the treat do not allow coupons to be redeemed for cash under any circumstance.

Can I redeem my coupon after the expiry date?

Unfortunately not. Expired coupons cannot be redeemed.
